For clients enrolled in any of my online coaching programmes, communication will take place directly through the designated training app. This ensures a structured space to ask questions and receive guidance between check-ins.
Clients on in-person or virtual face-to-face training packages will receive WhatsApp access for more immediate communication and session-specific support.
For online clients on the VIP Coaching Programme, direct priority access to me is provided, ensuring a higher level of personal support, accountability, and responsiveness.
Yes, all of my programmes are tailored to each client’s individual needs. The online programmes are fully customised and progressed in structured phases to match your fitness level and development. All goals will be made achievable through following the process with consistency and utilising the InTouch Method for sustainable, long-term results.
Upon successful completion of the transformation programme, clients are invited to continue their journey through my Monthly Progression Programme. This exclusive option provides ongoing coaching and guidance via the training app, ensuring you maintain momentum, deepen your results, and continue advancing towards higher levels of strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
Coaching sessions delivered via video call typically range from 30 to 45 minutes, providing focused, high-level guidance and support.
Online coaching gym sessions are designed to last 45 to 70 minutes, offering a comprehensive, structured workout to maximise results.
For added flexibility, home-based sessions range from 10 to 40 minutes, ensuring you can stay consistent and effective regardless of schedule or environment.
Monthly programmes and block session packages are payable at the start of the programme, with subsequent monthly payments taken in line with the chosen package.
You may purchase virtual training sessions individually, however greater value is achieved through selecting a block package.
All online programmes are payable at the beginning of the coaching process, either as a Paid-In-Full (PIF) option or through flexible split-payment options.
It is not compulsory to begin with the 90-day programme, particularly if your goal is long-term, sustainable physical improvement. The 6- and 12-month programmes are ideal for those seeking consistent guidance, structure, and support throughout a longer, more transformative fitness journey.
However, the 90-day programme serves as an exceptional kick-starter, helping you regain energy, rebuild confidence, and elevate your fitness to where it once was, or beyond.
A gym membership is ideal, however all programmes can be seamlessly adapted to suit your personal needs, whether you prefer training at home or in a gym environment.
Face-to-face coaching sessions can be delivered outdoors, in your home, or within a private training space located in Wandsworth Town, ensuring complete flexibility and convenience.
