The Intouch fitness Energise and Thrive package is designed for busy professionals who want to enhance their strength and fitness outdoors in a time-efficient manner.

Home training services incur a fixed surcharge of just £10 per session.

Private studio training is available at an additional surcharge of £17.*

High Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT) 

Maximal effort for the designated period of time through fast paced, intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter recovery periods.

 

I like this type of workout as it gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Resistance Band Training

Build muscle while strengthening ligaments and tendons.

 

With the right guidance, these bands can be just as effective in toning and strengthening muscle as gym weights.

Boxing Pad Work

Excel physical development in so many areas such as speed, agility, and power, as well as improved cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and coordination.

Endurance Training

Cardiovascular conditioning performed at a moderate to high intensity for an extended period of time.

 

My endurance sessions will improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and muscular endurance for better weight management and reduced risk of health conditions.

Activities that lengthen and stretch muscles can also prevent injuries and back pain.
