With over 17 years of experience in the professional sports and fitness industry, I bring a background as a Level 2 & 3 certified personal trainer and former elite professional footballer to the world of personal training.

 

InTouch Fitness was created to deliver structured, realistic training for individuals who want to improve their physical health, increase energy, and build long-term habits. The approach is grounded in performance, function, and everyday confidence blending strength, mobility, and core stability.
