HI, I'M LIAM.

I'm a personal trainer and former professional footballer with a career spanning 16 years.

Throughout my sports career I experienced various specialist fitness regimes and routines.

InTouch Fitness was born out of my desire to put all this into practice to help you reach your full potential.
