Hi I'm Liam Davis a former professional footballer with 17 years of elite level experience, now coaching local professionals and ambitious parents to feel energised, lean, and in control, without sacrificing lifestyle.

It's all about consistently managing the energy you consume through food and drink. That's why our main aim is to determine how many calories you need to consume daily.

 

I also recognise the importance of getting the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats each day, so use the Intouch macro breakdown software to calculate your ideal daily calorie amount before you get started on your Intouch Fitness journey.
